Starting Wednesday November 7^ththrough Friday December 7^th, The French Culinary Institute will team up with HELP USA, one of the nation’s largest providers of homes,job and services, to host HELP COOK FOR A CAUSE. Renowned chef instructors of the FCI will host a series of sixinstructional and entertaining evenings, consisting of three-hour hands-onholiday cooking classes, including a three-course holiday dinner paired withwine.  Food lovers will have theopportunity to learn the special techniques and savvy tricks of preparing athree-course turkey or duck dinner, a traditional Italian holiday meal or asoiree of multiple holiday desserts.   Each of the six evenings will run from 7-10pm.  Tickets are $450 and include thecooking class, three-course dinner with wine, a signed copy of the FCI’scookbook The Fundamental Techniques of Classic Cuisine, a FCIapron and the recipes and grocery list from their class menu.  $200 of the ticket will be donated toHELP USA to help feed the homeless during this holiday season.
