March 15, 2008 - “Everyone wants to be Irish on St. Patty’s Day.”  And why not do it with Ravenchase Adventures in the Hunt for the Leprechaun’s Gold, and no it’s not in a box of cereal.  Come decked out in your “Kiss me I’m Irish” shirt and prepare to consumer some Guinness, that is of course, after you race against other teams solving clues and breaking codes and ciphers.  All with a little help from your lucky four-leaf clover.

The Hunt for the Leprechaun’s Gold  is like a combination of the Amazing Race, DaVinci Code, and National Treasure. Our staff personally greets each group at the start of the race, explains the rules of the game, and gives each team a handmade treasure map, clues on parchment scrolls, and perhaps a cool gadget (like a black light to see clues written in invisible ink). Teams can travel in any direction they like around New York City.  All the answers and puzzle pieces along the course will lead them to a secret end location, where prizes are awarded to the top three teams.
