Currently we support flv,mov,wmv, avi and some other popular formats for video upload, but limited to only 8MB, we are working to increase this so soon you will be able to upload larger video files.
We also support YouTube videos, so if you see something on YouTube.com or Google video, myspace.com, and many others, all you have to do is click on "add video" button in the video system and copy paste the video's address.
